Accessibility Statement

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate only by keyboard or with assistive technology. This page describes honestly what we have checked so far and what we have not checked yet.

What we checked

We ran automated tests (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria) on every page of the site at phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes, in Chrome and Safari: 0 violations found. We also checked manually that the cookie notice is fully operable by keyboard: its options receive focus in a logical sequence, the settings panel stays trapped inside the dialog while it is open (you cannot tab out of it without closing it first), the Esc key closes it and returns focus to the button that opened it, and every control has a visible focus outline.

What we have not checked yet

We have not yet tested with a real screen reader (such as VoiceOver or NVDA), or with real users who rely on assistive technology day to day. Some properties do not yet have real photos (images marked "illustrative, generated with artificial intelligence" are a temporary placeholder, not the property's real image).
